WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Ingredients For 1 serving :

  • Smooth or Crunchy peanut butter
  • A tick slice of sourdough bread
  • Avocado
  • Pumpkin and sunflower seeds
  • Microgreen (pea shoots, ...)
  • Pomegranate

For serving:

  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Toast your slice of bread to your liking and spread as much peanut butter as you want.
  2. Top with mashed or sliced avocado, microgreens, pomegranate, sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Finish off with salt, pepper, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. out.
