WHAT YOU'LL NEED

For one bowl

  • 1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 1 small ripe banana (frozen preferably)
  • A handful of frozen mango dices (optional)
  • A cup of plant-based milk (unsweetened almond milk preferably)

PREPARATION

  1. Place the berries, the banana, the mangos, and the milk in a blender. I personally use a Nutribullet or a Vitamix.
  2. Blend the ingredients until smooth. If you like your smoothie thinner, add more milk.
  3. Serve this colorful smoothie in a bowl, put on your Picasso outfit, and start your masterpiece. We love it fruity, smooth with a lot of seeds.
